1. Agreement
By using https://tinyvert.pages.dev ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are written to be readable; they are not a substitute for legal advice about your own situation.
2. What the Service is
Tinyvert provides image, audio, video, PDF, spreadsheet and archive conversion tools that run entirely within your web browser. We supply the software; your device does the work. We do not receive, host or process your files.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:
- to process images you do not have the right to process;
- to create or handle material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material;
- to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service or the systems that host it;
- to redistribute the Service as your own product or to resell access to it.
Because processing is local to your device, you are solely responsible for the content you handle with these tools.
4. Free tier and Pro licence
The free tier allows up to 5 files per batch and displays advertising. Tinyvert Pro is a one-time purchase of US$9 that grants a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the Service without the batch limit and without advertising.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service. We intend to run it indefinitely, but if the Service is ever discontinued, the licence ends with it. Licence keys may be activated on a reasonable number of your own devices. Sharing, publishing or reselling a key is not permitted and may result in the key being deactivated.
5. Refunds
If Tinyvert Pro does not work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual tools, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and browser vendors may change the underlying image APIs the tools depend on.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that conversion output will be suitable for any particular use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, images, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for free users is zero.
Keep your originals. Always retain a copy of any image before converting it. Conversion to a lossy format cannot be undone.
9. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your files. We claim nothing over them, and could not, since we never receive them. The Tinyvert name, site design and code remain ours, except for third-party open-source components which remain under their own licences.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
