One document instead of six attachments

Most things that need merging were never meant to be separate. A tenancy agreement arrives as the contract, a schedule and a signed last page; a visa application wants the form, passport scan, bank letter and photo as a single upload; a scanner app saves each session as its own file, so a 30-page medical record ends up as five PDFs. Portals, HR systems and e-mail recipients all cope far better with one PDF than with a loose bundle, and a single file keeps the pages in the order you intended.

Put the files in order first

Every PDF you drop appears as a row, and the merged document follows that list from top to bottom. Drag a row to move it, or use the up and down arrow buttons beside each file. All the pages of the first file come first, then all the pages of the second, and so on. Files named scan_01.pdf, scan_02.pdf usually land in the right order already; files named by date or by sender may need a quick shuffle. When you click Merge, the result is saved as tinyvert-merged.pdf.

Because pages are copied rather than re-rendered, there is no loss of quality, and a typical set of files merges in a few seconds. Mixed page sizes are fine: an A4 contract and a Letter-sized appendix sit side by side without being scaled or cropped.

Mixing scans, photos and PDFs

If part of the paperwork is a photo of a signed page or a PNG screenshot, turn it into a PDF first with Image to PDF or JPG to PDF, then merge it with the rest. Need to take pages back out later, or pull one chapter from the combined file? Split PDF does the reverse.

Merged on your device

The combining is done by an open-source PDF library running inside your browser tab. Your contracts, medical records and financial statements are read into memory, assembled locally and never uploaded or stored anywhere; after the first visit the tool even works offline. Large files are limited only by your device's memory, and the merged PDF downloads straight from the page like any other file.
