Why convert images to PDF?
PDF is the format the world uses for documents. Employers, universities, tax authorities, insurers and banks routinely require receipts, ID scans, signed forms and photographed paperwork as a single PDF rather than a jumble of JPGs. A PDF keeps pages in order, prints predictably on any device, cannot be accidentally edited in a photo app, and can be viewed everywhere without special software. Combining a set of photos into one PDF is also the easiest way to share a portfolio, a set of drawings or a photo report.
What this tool does
Merge multiple images into one multi-page PDF with the pages in any order you choose, or produce one PDF per image.
Page size: fit the page to each image (ideal for scans and screenshots), or use A4 / US Letter with a configurable margin. Orientation is chosen automatically to match each image, or you can force portrait or landscape.
Quality control: images are embedded as JPEG at your chosen quality, so you decide between a compact e-mailable PDF and a print-ready one.
HEIC support: iPhone photos convert directly, without turning them into JPG first.
How it works, privately
Tinyvert decodes each image in your browser, re-encodes it at the requested quality, and uses the open-source jsPDF library to assemble the pages, all in memory on your computer or phone. Nothing is uploaded, no server holds a copy and there is no queue: a ten-page PDF is ready in a couple of seconds. Because processing is local, the tool is appropriate for confidential material such as contracts, passports and medical images.
Tips for a great PDF
For documents you photographed with a phone, choose A4 or Letter with a 10 mm margin so the pages print correctly.
For screenshots or already-cropped scans, choose Fit to image so there is no white border.
Use 70–80% quality for e-mail submissions (small file), 90%+ for archival or print.
If photos are very large, resize them to about 2000 px first with the resizer to keep the PDF compact.
Each row shows its page number. Drag rows to rearrange, or use the up and down arrows, which also work from the keyboard.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine several images into one PDF?
Yes. "One PDF with all images" places each image on its own page. Drag the rows, or use the arrow buttons beside each file, to set the page order. "One PDF per image" produces a separate PDF for each file instead.
What image formats can I convert to PDF?
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and iPhone HEIC photos. Everything is decoded in your browser, so HEIC needs no extra software.
Is there a watermark or page limit?
No watermark, ever. The free plan allows 5 images per batch; Tinyvert Pro removes the limit.
How do page size and margins work?
"Fit to image" makes each page exactly the size of the image (like a scan). A4 and Letter create standard pages and scale the image to fit inside the margin you choose, centred.
Will the PDF be searchable?
No. The PDF contains images only; there is no OCR step, so text inside photos is not selectable.
Is it safe for sensitive documents?
Yes. The PDF is assembled with a JavaScript library running inside your browser tab. Receipts, contracts, passports and medical records never leave your device.
