1. Who we are
Tinyvert ("we", "us") operates the website at https://tinyvert.pages.dev and the file conversion tools on it. You can reach us at hello@tinyvert.com.
2. Your files
All image processing — decoding, converting, compressing, resizing and PDF creation — is performed locally by JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your browser. Your files are read into your device's memory, processed there, and offered back to you as a download.
We never receive your files. They are not uploaded, transmitted, cached, queued, backed up or analysed by us or by anyone else. Nothing is retained after you close or reload the tab. You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools, switching to the Network tab, and watching that no request is made when you convert a file. You can also disconnect from the internet after the page loads and keep converting.
3. Information we do collect
Analytics
Analytics are currently disabled. If we enable them we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across sites.
Server logs
Our host, Cloudflare Pages, processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is normal web hosting activity and applies to the page itself, never to your image files.
Local storage
If you buy Tinyvert Pro, your licence key and its validation status are saved in your browser's local storage on that device. This is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and you can remove it at any time from the Pro page or by clearing your browser data.
4. Advertising
The site currently shows no advertisements. When advertising is introduced it will be supplied by Google AdSense, and this policy will be updated to describe the cookies and choices involved before any ad is served.
Advertising never has access to your files, because your files never leave your device and are never part of the page's network activity. Tinyvert Pro removes ads entirely.
5. Payments
Purchases of Tinyvert Pro are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy, you provide your details directly to them under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. To check a licence key, your browser sends that key (and nothing else) to Lemon Squeezy's public licence validation endpoint.
6. Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. No third-party advertising cookies are set while advertising is disabled.
7. Children
The site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to object to its processing. Because we do not operate accounts and do not hold your files, in most cases we simply hold no personal data about you at all. If you believe we do, email us and we will help.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes, such as introducing advertising or analytics, will be described here before they take effect.
