Why turn JPGs into a PDF?
A phone makes it easy to photograph a receipt, a signed form, a passport page or a whiteboard. It is far less easy to
hand that photo over in the form a bank, university, employer or tax office actually wants, which is nearly always
a single PDF. PDFs keep pages in order, print predictably, cannot be edited by accident in a photo app and open on
any device. Combining a run of JPGs into one PDF is also the simplest way to send a set of photos as one attachment,
or to deliver a photo report, inspection record or portfolio.
What this tool gives you
Merge or split. One PDF containing every photo as a page, or one PDF per photo for separate submission.
Page order you control. Drag rows up and down, or use the arrow buttons; the page number is shown on each row.
Paper sizes. Fit each page to the photo (ideal for already-cropped scans), or use A4 or US Letter with a margin so it prints correctly.
Size control. Images are embedded as JPEG at the quality you choose, so a ten-page form can come in under a megabyte.
Orientation. Chosen automatically per photo, or forced to portrait or landscape.
Getting documents to look right
For paperwork you photographed with a phone, choose A4 (or Letter in North America)
with a 10 mm margin. The photo is scaled to fit and centred, which is how a scanner would present it. If the photos
are already cropped tightly to the paper edge, "Fit to image" gives borderless pages instead. For a submission that
will only be viewed on screen, 70–80% quality is ample; for anything that will be printed or archived, use 90%.
Large phone photos make large PDFs. A twelve-megapixel image is overkill for a document page. Pass the photos through
the resizer at about 2000 px wide first and the PDF will be a fraction of the size with no
visible difference.
How it works, and why it is private
Each JPG is decoded by your browser, re-encoded at the chosen quality and placed on a page by the open-source jsPDF
library, all inside the tab. There is no upload step, so no copy of your documents exists anywhere but your device,
and the whole document is usually ready within a couple of seconds. That makes the tool appropriate for exactly the
material people most often need as PDFs: identity documents, contracts, financial records and medical paperwork.
Other formats
For PNG screenshots use PNG to PDF. For a mixed batch of JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC
photos, the general Image to PDF tool accepts them all in one go.

Frequently asked questions
Can I put several JPGs into one PDF?
Yes. Leave the output on "One PDF with all images" and each photo becomes a page. Drag the rows, or use the arrow buttons, to set the page order before you download.
How do I make the PDF smaller?
Lower the quality slider: 70–80% is plenty for forms, receipts and documents being emailed. Resizing very large photos first with the resizer also helps a great deal.
Will the pages be a standard paper size?
If you choose A4 or US Letter, yes: each photo is scaled to fit inside the page with the margin you set and centred. "Fit to image" instead makes each page exactly the size of the photo.
Can I search or copy text from the PDF?
No. The PDF contains images only. Text in the photos is not recognised, so it cannot be selected or searched.
Is there a file limit or watermark?
No watermark, ever. The free plan accepts 5 images per batch; Tinyvert Pro lifts the limit.
Is it safe for sensitive documents?
Yes. The PDF is assembled inside your browser by a JavaScript library. Nothing is uploaded, so ID scans, contracts and medical paperwork never leave your device.
