- Which tool page you were on, and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and operating system, for example "Safari on iOS 19" or "Chrome on Windows 11".
- The kind of file involved (HEIC from an iPhone 15, a PNG screenshot, and so on) and roughly how big it was.
- For licence problems, the email address you used at checkout. Please never send us your full licence key.
Please do not attach the images themselves unless we ask. We would rather not have them, and we cannot debug most problems from the file alone.
